    We’re expanding our marketing organization to drive focus on the craft of product marketing. We have a big opportunity ahead of us, and we’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead messaging and positioning for Achievers, for our employee engagement platform. You’ll also direct integrated GTM planning and execute cross-functionally with product, customer success, marketing, and the sales teams. You will be the market and product evangelist both internally and externally. Your job is to ensure that our content, messaging, and communications are best-in-class. You are passionate about building customer champions and showcasing customer success.

     

    The ideal candidate is passionate about customer insights and skilled in building cross-functional strategies that drive revenue, as well as identifying new features and solutions. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable creating an overall strategy as well as hands-on execution.

     

    We’d like you to have a background in SaaS Enterprise Software, preferably in HR related products. You know how to support and accelerate the enterprise sales cycle with inspiring content. You are proficient in translating technical features into clear and concise benefits and are familiar with HR personas and industry trends. You are an excellent writer, spokesperson, and presenter, with the marketing acumen to translate your expertise into compelling content across multiple channels.

     

    This role reports to the Head of Marketing and works very closely with the VP of Product and other senior leaders of Achievers.

    Responsibilities:

    Core Responsibilities

    • Developing positioning and messaging that resonates with our core audiences: HR, Analysts, Media, C-Suite, Thought Leaders and other subject matter experts.
    • Enabling and empower the sales team by developing collateral that supports the buying cycle
    • Developing marketing collateral: data sheets, eBooks, white-papers, webinars, presentations, etc.
    • Collaborating with Content Marketing team to create thought leadership content for design products and target verticals
    • Performing market and competitive research and analysis
    • Building customer relationships to develop reference, case studies and champions
    • Developing go to market plans for new products and features across sales, support, marketing and operations
    • Working with product management and engineering to define product roadmap and timelines
    • Presenting at meet-ups, trade shows and conferences
    • Supporting public relations, analyst relations and social media marketing with content/commentary

    Qualifications:

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of product marketing experience, preferably with technology-based products/services. Experience in the Human Resource is valuable but not required.
    • Knowledge of the business processes and enterprise applications with the Marketing function, Including buyers and decision-making process and with experience in measurement and analysis of results.
    • Focused education in business and marketing; MBA preferred, but not required.
    • Created and managed sales enable programs and tools
    • Experiencing managing teams and providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
    • Ability to credibly influence & manage across the organization
    • Proven track record of crafting compelling positioning, messaging, and content to support marketing and sales teams
    • Breadth of skills, with the ability to move between strategic planning and ideation, as well as hands-on executing our values and mission
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Must have excellent English writing skills; experience with technical writing a big plus
