We’re expanding our marketing organization to drive focus on the craft of product marketing. We have a big opportunity ahead of us, and we’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead messaging and positioning for Achievers, for our employee engagement platform. You’ll also direct integrated GTM planning and execute cross-functionally with product, customer success, marketing, and the sales teams. You will be the market and product evangelist both internally and externally. Your job is to ensure that our content, messaging, and communications are best-in-class. You are passionate about building customer champions and showcasing customer success.
The ideal candidate is passionate about customer insights and skilled in building cross-functional strategies that drive revenue, as well as identifying new features and solutions. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable creating an overall strategy as well as hands-on execution.
We’d like you to have a background in SaaS Enterprise Software, preferably in HR related products. You know how to support and accelerate the enterprise sales cycle with inspiring content. You are proficient in translating technical features into clear and concise benefits and are familiar with HR personas and industry trends. You are an excellent writer, spokesperson, and presenter, with the marketing acumen to translate your expertise into compelling content across multiple channels.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and works very closely with the VP of Product and other senior leaders of Achievers.
