    As a Senior Project Manager within Achievers Transformation & PMO group, we are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual with exceptional program management skills, a technical background, strong ability to lead cross functional teams and can work collaboratively within a global, matrixed and fast-paced environment to deliver successful outcomes.


    Achievers is in an unprecedented phase of scale up growth and this role is responsible for Project/Program management of various enterprise-wide strategic initiatives working in close collaboration with the Chief Transformation Officer (CXO) as well as key internal and external stakeholders.


    • Responsible for end-to-end planning and management of multiple, complex enterprise wide projects.
    • Develops robust project plans and timelines for approved Transformation & Efficiency projects including the documentation, tracking and follow up/follow through on project relate action items for review meetings.
    • Responsible for scheduling/coordinating meetings as needed related to above deliverables.
    • Works with CXO to support strategic planning and prioritization of initiatives in the assigned workstreams by working with key stakeholders.
    • Leads the development of new business cases in partnership with stakeholders to produce effort estimates, cost-benefit analyses, implementation plans and timelines
    • Creates a detailed risk assessment and management plan, advises technology/business leadership of the trade-offs, and monitors risk factors continually
    • Monitors and reviews overall project/program delivery, budgets, analyzes plan vs actuals variances, recommends options to address deviations and supports CXO in influencing business leadership to resolve deviations
    • Consistently looks for and drives process improvements keeping abreast of industry trends and focusing on long term sustainability
    • Engages in continuous learning. Drives knowledge base setup and sharing across the Transformation team.


    • 10 Years + of project management/program management in complex enterprise organizations.
    • Experience working on managed services transition programs
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, MBA and/or Project Management certification preferred.
    • Competency with Microsoft Office tools –Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint etc.
    • Experience with Mavenlink highly preferred.
    • Good working knowledge with finance and accounting concepts. Experience developing ROI models, detailed cost-benefit analyses
    • Experience developing KPI frameworks, measurement and reporting. Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik etc).
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
    • Strong negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution abilities
    • Motivated with a strong focus on execution, process, documentation and metrics
    • PMI, Scrum Alliance, ITIL or Six Sigma certifications or equivalent desired
