    Overview:

    We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to join our senior leadership team in Toronto.  As the Chief Product Officer, you will work closely with Product and Development teams to build world-class user experiences on our enterprise recognition platform.  If you have an entrepreneurial mindset and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development with speed and efficiency you will thrive in this role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive overall product strategy to sustain market competitiveness and align product strategy to drive growth and ROI.
    • Develop and execute a customer-focused product roadmap utilizing close collaboration with senior leadership, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Data Science, Analytics, Design and Engineering.
    • Execute the go to market strategy for product releases and enhancements, from conception to refinement and optimization.
    • Align and manage cross functional teams to drive to a successful and timely product launch.
    • Manage the product life-cycle from strategic planning to tactical product management activities with an ability to align across all levels of an organization.
    • Lead the global product pricing strategy and partner with finance and sales organization on growth-based revenue models.
    • Leveraging and synthesizing prospect and customer insights to identify product enhancements and new opportunities for innovation.
    • Gathering competitive information, building competitive models, and preparing analyses to strengthen overall competitive position to maximize competitive readiness.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of hands on related product management experience.
    • 7+ years leading SaaS product management and design teams.
    • 7+ years of experience working with and/or explicitly being part of senior management teams overseeing the strategic product planning and roadmap creation process.
    • Extensive product management experience for Human Capital Management, B2B SaaS, enterprise social, or analytics company is required.
    • Experience creating winning commercial business applications targeted at enterprise users; but with consumer-services-like interfaces.
    • Experience building product internationally or experience with working across multiple sites and team preferred.
    • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience participating in an agile development and rapid prototyping process.
    • Passionate about understanding and solving customer needs.
    • Proven track record of shipping A-mazing product solutions that deliver clear ROI to customers.
    • Creative problem solver who inspires innovation across the entire team.
    • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA and/or technical master’s degree preferred.
