What would a typical day look like, you ask? Something like this:


  • Explore opportunities for integration of the Achievers platform with other productivity tools etc. 
  • Lead a team of software developers with varying experience levels  
  • Engage in design/architecture discussions and share your ideas while building new integrations with Achievers.  
  • Hands-on with our codebase and deeply involved in code reviews  
  • Use the right tool for the job. we love modern technology/framework and use things like React, Redux, Webpack, DockerKafka, Kubernetes, Python, Microservices and more  
  • Enhance the capabilities of the integration we currently have with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, Outlook, SharePoint, Facebook Workplace and build some new ones. 
  • Work with stakeholders to capture requirements and build/track/execute a project plan in Agile environment.  
  • Set standard industry best practices with the team to build and deliver integrations.  


Do you have what it takes? We will be responding to applicants that have:


  • B. Sc. or Master’s in computer science or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant development experience  
  • Experience working in Agile teams  
  • Hands-on experience with cross-platform API integrations 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners 
  • Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff. 
  • Knowledgeable of Internet of Things and have built/supported integrations in the past. 
  • Have built microservices and deployed in Google Cloud. 
  • Comfortable in a UNIX / Linux environment  
  • Database technologies (primarily MySQL)  
  • Ability to code in programming languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript 
  • Confident in object modeling and OOP concepts
