    Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced, savvy and energetic Sr. Financial Analyst professional to support the financial planning and analysis function for one of our fastest growing business units.  The candidate should be highly committed to quality, customer service, and team work in supporting the department goals in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You will also work cross functionally to drive key metrics and financial performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support annual plan, quarterly forecast and 5 year strategic planning processes for our North American R&D, Infrastructure/IT and G&A.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of period & quarterly end Actual vs. Plan/Forecast. Identify key drivers for several major expenses (Compensation, Professional Services, Marketing, Depreciation & Amortization and Equipment) and prepare written analysis.
    • FP&A owner of our Achievers APAC/Australia division complete P&L, revenue and OPEX down to Adjusted EBITDA
    • Maintain and provide analysis for monthly ARR and client churn dashboards using Tableau
    • Build complex analytical models with sound inputs and assumptions surrounding new business initiatives, revenue recognition (ASC606) and redemptions.
    • Support the accounting close process (accruals, GL account and department code verification)
    • Proactively communicate with key business players on drivers, metrics and key activity and their financial impacts.
    • Fulfill reports, templates and analysis to support corporate finance requirements at timely manner.
    • Maintain sales performance reporting/tracking (Pipeline) in Tableau
    • Reconcile large data sets between multi-database systems related to product margin analysis
    • Perform ad hoc analysis to support the needs of the business 

    Qualifications:

    • 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis and or accounting
    • Bachelor degree required with Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
    • Superior analytic skills, with a proven ability to synthesize data to develop meaningful insights
    • Must have strong MS Excel, Salesforce skills and experience
    • Strong Accounting background/CPA is preferred
    • Essbase or Host Analytics Financial system experience is a strongly preferred
    • Tableau and Netsuite experience is also a plus
    • Cross-functional team work, collaboration and strong oral and written communication skills; Comfort interfacing with senior leaders across business lines
    • Experience with Xactly, CallidusCloud or any comparable SPM is a plus but not required
