    Overview:

    Achievers is looking for a passionate A-Player whose focus will be to improve and optimize our current technology stack across the revenue lifecycle.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of Sales Technology Roadmap
    • Assess technology vendors and make recommendations to improve business process that drive revenue growth
    • Work with key stakeholders to procure new technology, renew contracts and administer systems
    • Implement new technology and manage integrations
    • Oversee a team of Salesforce Administrators to harness the power of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities
    • Support the prioritization of business needs for technology improvement
    • Onboard, train and enable best practices across the Tech. Stack
    • Manage user adoption
    • Provide reporting as required
    • Maintain and grow relationships with vendors and consultants to ensure that we’re getting the most out of our investments.

    Qualifications:

    • Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
    • Experience with software geared toward Sales and Customer Success optimization (ie. Salesloft, Outreach, Chorus.ai, Gong)
    • 5-7 years’ experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Technology or related field
    • Post-Secondary Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field or equivalent work experience
