    The CMO is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing and communications strategy in a manner that supports business growth and enhances brand equity. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all marketing functions to achieve the Company objectives of sales, growth, profitability, and visibility while ensuring a consistent marketing message and position consistent with the corporate direction.  The executive would be responsible for all aspects of marketing related to our enterprise business, which spans 150 countries and serves millions of employees across a ‘gold-plated’ list of enterprise customers – including many Global 2000 companies.    


    • Manage all aspects of Marketing including; outbound marketing & communication, acquisition marketing & lead generation, retention marketing, product marketing, online and offline advertising, event marketing, sales enablement, website & collateral, and overall corporate positioning & branding with the analyst community
    • Create, manage, coordinate and execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations
    • Achieve targeted results and ensure timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and programs
    • Analyze, evaluate, plan and execute on both existing and potential marketing activities and strategies
    • Develop benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs
    • Conduct and analyze market research to determine competitiveness
    • Measure the effectiveness of the marketing department and implement improvements as required
    • Identify, interpret, and capitalize on marketing trends – especially in the online marketing area.
    • Managing a multi-million dollar marketing budget
    • Coach, mentor, and raise the team's ability to deliver and exceed expectations while creating opportunities for succession talent
    • Develop and prepare key messaging and presentation material for senior management
    • Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and other key functions to create demand and brand recognition for the Company and its products



    • 10+ years of broad marketing experience at well regarded and successful technology companies
    • Strong enterprise SaaS marketing experience; branding, positioning, sales enablement, AR, PR, etc.
    • Experience marketing to high end enterprise and/or small and medium business
    • Proven track record of marketing success in rapidly growing markets
    • Ability to market a ‘Platform’ made up of multiple modules
    • Know when common sense should prevail over ‘textbook’ marketing theory
    • Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes
    • Ability to build a strong team spanning a variety of marketing functions
    • Ability to hire strong marketing professionals at the manager and individual contributor level
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Ability to find creative solutions to challenging problems
    • Strong combination of creative and analytical skill set
    • Strong work ethic with ability to roll up sleeves.
    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
    • BS/BA required, MBA preferred
